The first version should prove one core behavior: when someone misses their pet, they open the app, enter the pet's world, send love through a gift, letter, photo, or voice note, receive a meaningful return moment shaped by the pet's photos and memories, then save or share that moment and want to come back. Build only the essential loop: gentle pet onboarding with name, species, photos, and memory seeds; a full-screen world home centered on the pet with one primary Send Love action; a simple send-love flow; generated postcard-like return moments; a memories area for saved moments, photos, letters, voice notes, and facts; simple credits for generated moments; and one lightweight way to bring two pets together in the same world. Use calm native iOS UI, subtle motion, real pet photos as emotional anchors, species-aware wording, and a growing memory graph underneath so future versions can support consistent pet likeness, family memories, shareable memorial pages, keepsakes, richer species support, and aftercare distribution without expanding v1 beyond the first emotional loop.
